My intent is for this blog to be a resource for parents and teachers interested in teaching meditation to children. If you are reading this far, you probably already know that the benefits of meditation are far-reaching and include attention, empathy, spirituality, academics, concentration, relationships, self-esteem and extensive others. Countless studies support the benefits and I know of none that purport any risks. Meditation is one of the most important life skills a child can learn. Why not start now?
